InTime — Privacy Policy

Updated: 11 September 2026. Developer: RMHouse.

1. How InTime works

InTime is a workout timer. Timers do not require an account. Restoring InTime Pro uses email sign-in. RMHouse does not operate a server for storing or synchronizing your workouts. The app does not request access to contacts, microphone, camera, precise location or Health Connect.

2. Data stored on your device

The app stores timers and sequences, exercise names and descriptions, intervals, rounds, selected images, workout history (name, start and end times, duration and completion status), and preferences such as language, theme and sound. These data are used to run timers, display your content, restore your settings and show workout history. Images you select through the Android photo picker may be copied into private app storage. InTime does not scan your entire photo library.

3. Files, sharing and Android backups

When you import, export or share a backup, InTime reads or writes the file you select and shares it with the application or recipient you choose. That application or storage provider may process or upload it under its own policy. Exported backups are not protected by your personal password: anyone with the file can open it in InTime. Android or your device manufacturer may back up eligible app data or transfer it to another device according to system settings and their policies. RMHouse does not receive these system backups.

4. External images and links

Built-in exercise images and descriptions are included in the app. If content you add or import contains an online image address, loading that image sends a request to its host, which receives your IP address and technical request data. Opening Google Play or another external link is handled by the selected application and the policy of the relevant service.

5. Advertising and service components

InTime uses Yandex Mobile Ads and its AppMetrica and Google Play services dependencies. When ads are enabled, Yandex and its advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses, technical information and interactions with ads for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. An IP address may indicate approximate location. InTime disables SDK location tracking and additional app advertising analytics reporting. The app does not send your timer contents, selected images or workout history to these components. Before the first ad request, InTime asks about personalization and passes your choice to Yandex. Declining personalization does not mean that no technical data are processed to deliver ads. You can change your choice in Settings → About → Advertising preferences. Yandex describes retention, international processing, partners and privacy rights in its privacy policy. Google components are also subject to the Google privacy policy. Advertising ID controls are available in Android settings.

6. Permissions and security

Notifications show timer progress and completion alerts. A foreground service, vibration and wake lock support an ongoing timer. Files and photos are selected using Android system tools. Local app data are kept in private Android app storage; they are not separately protected by an InTime password. Yandex states that Mobile Ads SDK data are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Protect your device and exported files; no storage or transfer method guarantees absolute security.

7. Retention, deletion and your choices

Local data remain until you delete them or clear app storage. You can delete timers, sequences and history entries in the app, and clear the entire history. Android app settings let you clear all local InTime data; uninstalling also removes local app storage. Separately saved or shared files and system backups must be managed through the relevant storage or backup service and can survive uninstalling. Yandex and Google manage data they receive under their respective policies. RMHouse cannot remotely access or delete data that remain only on your device. Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and complain to a data protection authority.

8. Contact and changes

For privacy questions, contact RMHouse at support@rmhouse.app. Information you voluntarily send with a support request is used to answer and resolve it and is retained only as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Material changes to data handling will be reflected in this policy, with additional notices and consent where required.

9. InTime Pro account

When you sign in, the RMHouse server at rmhouse.app processes your email address, account identifier, login sessions, installation identifier and licence information. An email service delivers a one-time sign-in code. The server receives your IP address and technical request information to operate the service and prevent abuse. Purchases create order and payment-status records; the payment provider handles bank card details. Timer contents and workout history are not uploaded to this server. Account and purchase data are used to verify and restore Pro access. To request access, correction or deletion of account data, contact support@rmhouse.app; records needed for payment accounting and legal obligations may be retained for legally required periods. Uninstalling the app does not delete your server account.
